We not only use NX, the high-end CAD software, for 3D engineering every part, but also provide optimized designs through assembly and motion check.

| To ensure the reliable quality to our customers, we make about 80% of former parts in our own manufacture field by ourselves. For the best quality, the frames of every model are manufactured by our representative equipments such as SNK 5Face Milling M/Cs(3 units) and KURAKI 130BT Boring M/C(7 units). We also directly process the critical components such as Die Block, Punch Block and various CAMs with numbers of NC machines, 5 Axis Milling M/Cs, Machining Centers, CNC Lathe, Grinding M/C. |

| Through the team network of each process, our assembly line can produce approximately 30 small formers (12mm and under) or 10 large formers (30mm and over) at one time. |
